Hi all! My anme is Holly Anne Macaranas.  I was born and raised in Clayton County and graduated from Forest Park High School in 2008 as Valedictorian.  I am currently going to Emmanuel College in Franklin Springs, Ga.  This is about  30 minutes from UGA.  I am finishing up my first year of college and am looking forward to being a Junior next Fall. 

 

I am the youngest of three children.  My older sister is Miss Mary, but before her is Anthony.  All of us took swimming lessons with Mrs. Jennifer when we were younger.  I took my first swimming lessons from Mrs. Jennifer when I was about 3 years old.  It's funny, because I then swam for her under the Forest Park High School swim team in 2006-2007. 

 

For me, swimming started off as a way to keep in shape.  As a child, I had horrible asthma attacks.  The doctors recommended that my parents enroll me in swimming lessons to strengthen my lungs.  I've been swimming ever since.  Other hobbies I enjoy involve arts and crafts, sewing, playing my violin, singing along on the radio or karaoke, and hanging out with my family.  Lately though, it seems as if studying and working have been my main hobbies.  Some of the clubs I'm involved in include EC Singers, EC Players, and International Student's Club.   

 

I love the water, the sun, and the families I get to meet and form relationships with.  Hopefully I'll have the pleasure of teaching you and/or your children.
