Dives and Starts Schedules

Our Dive and Starts Classes will focus the key fundamentals for a perfect dives and starts.
  • Beginner dive - squat dive, kneeling dive, stride dive and standing dive.  Perfect for those needing to learn the basics of diving properly.
  • Advance dive - For those who already have a basic, head first dive.  Progress to learn the approach and hurdle dive, tuck and pike dive, and racing dives.
  • Starts for all strokes (freestyle, backstroke, breast stroke, and butterfly) will teach how to position head, hips, feet and arms to get a good start to your stroke
